The ZZPerformance billet fuel rail is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized gloss black to look great under the hood. Designed to fit all port-injected Ecotec engines, it features a high-flow design that maintains consistent fuel pressure under high-boost or high-power conditions. Compatible with AN/ORB-style fittings and fully E85 ready, this direct bolt-on upgrade delivers both performance and durability, with added aesthetics.

Fits: 2005-2007 Saturn Ion 2.0/2.2/2.4, 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS 2.0, 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2/2.4, 2007-2010 Pontiac G5 2.2/2.4, 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR 2.2/2.4, 2015-2019 Polaris Slingshot 2.4L, 2007-2010 Saturn Sky 2.4L, 2006-2010 Pontiac Solstice 2.4L, and many other 2.2L and 2.4L Ecotec engines.
Will not fit 2004 Saturn Ion Redline due to the length of the stock feed line. If you have a 2004 with our ZZP fuel line kit, this will fit and function. Will not work for Cavaliers that have a factory return style fuel system unless you use an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.
